Return order

Not happy with your received product(s)? That is of course always possible and we would like to solve it for you. When the product is unused and unopened, it can be returned (well packed) within 14 days. Returns can be made by sending us an email for a return request: info@theskincounter.com

Unused and unopened

As soon as the return is received by us, we will check whether it is indeed unused and unopened. You will receive an email when the return has been accepted. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and upholding the highest hygiene standards, we cannot provide refunds for used or opened products.

Return period

You can return a product up to 14 days after you have received the order. After the order has been returned, you will receive a refund within a few days. Did you choose Klarna? You will receive a new invoice from Klarna within a few days.

Return costs

The costs for returning are for your own account. These are the costs as calculated by the postal services. Make sure you send the package with a tracking code so that you can always track the package. Do not forget to keep the return receipt.
The shipping costs paid will not be refunded, as will the free shipping if you qualify (the standard shipping rate will be then reduced from the total return amount).

Did you receive a gift with your order? Please keep in mind that this must also be returned if you no longer meet the minimum order value associated with the gift due to the return.
